Database Health Monitor – New Tree View Report

Earlier this week we released Version 994 release of Database Health Monitor with a number of new report formats that I have created and replaced several of the boring pie charts.

Here are a few before and after comparisons between the pie chart and the tree view charts.

Note how much better representation the size of tables are with the second chart over the pie chart.

Additionally we are able to display better labels on smaller parts of the chart to show what is really being shown here.

As I continue to work on the next update of Database Health Monitor, I plan to add more chart types and help improve the overall look and feel of the application while adding new functionality.
