New Features
We’ve added several exciting new tools and enhancements to help you stay on top of your SQL Server environments:
- Revitalized SchemaDrift
- A fully updated version of SchemaDrift is now included with Database Health Monitor! This tool helps you track schema changes over time and compare schemas between databases, making it easier to identify and resolve unexpected modifications.
- How to Access: You’ll find the SchemaDrift tool in the Stedman Solutions program folder.
- Jump to VLF Report
- A new shortcut allows you to jump directly to the VLF (Virtual Log File) Report from the File Utilization context menu for log files. Quickly analyze and manage log file health with ease.
- Schema Search Filters
- Schema Search now includes advanced filtering options to narrow down results by:
- Object type (e.g., tables, views, stored procedures).
- Database.
- This makes it faster and easier to locate specific schema objects in larger environments.

Bug Fixes
We’ve addressed key issues to make Database Health Monitor more stable and user-friendly:
- Blocking Queries Report Fix
- Fixed a crash that occurred when analyzing over 100 levels of blocking queries due to the default
MAXRECURSION
setting in Common Table Expressions (CTEs).

- Dark/Light Mode Issue on the Indexing Page
- Resolved an issue where toggling between dark and light mode wasn’t functioning as expected.
- Schema Search Overflow
- Fixed an overflow error that was occurring on the Schema Search page, ensuring smooth operation.
