Today I completed a 5 day class on Microsoft SQL Server version 1.1. The first 3 days were on Transact SQL, and the last 2 days were on Microsoft DB Library, also know as how to talk to SQL Server from your C programs.
Version 1.1 of Microsoft SQL Server only runs on OS/2, and the install media is either 5.25inch floppy disks or 3.5inch floppy disks. It takes quite a while to install SQL Server when you have to flip through more than a dozen floppy disks to do the install.
Here is a link to the PDF version of my SQL Server Certifications, including a signature from Bill Gates, Chairman of Microsoft Corporation.

If you are reading for historical accuracy, you will notice that this post is from 1990, and the attached file is a PDF which hand’t been invented in 1990. I added the PDF in later.
