Today marks the 800th download of the Database Health Reports application. I would like to thank everyone who as used it and everyone who has provided me feedback along the way. I am currently working on Beta 7, which should be out by the end of the summer. For now Beta 6 is the most stable and feature packed version of the Database Health Reports application.
I have received a number of questions about how much Database Health Reports is going to cost. My answer is I don’t know yet, but I would rather have many people using it for a low price than have a high price tag with just a few people using it. I plan to keep releasing beta updates for at least the next year.
Announcing a URL for the Database Health Reports http://DatabaseHealth.com if anyone has the old URL of http://DatabaseHealth.SteveStedman.com bookmarked it will now forward to the new url. The hosting company where the original website was hosted has been running slower and slower each day, so I decided to move it to a new location. The site is much faster now. This will make it easier to get to the downloads, and when then online help is linked to from the application it will load faster.
Also, announcing a dedicated support email address for the Database Health Reports at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please use this email address for support questions, new feature ideas or anything regarding database health reports.
