SQL Server Health Reports Updated

The SQL Server Health Reports have been updated.  As part of preparing for my SQL Saturday 114 presentation next weekend in Vancouver BC, I have updated the  SQL Server Health Reports one more time.

The latest update included lots of minor UI fixup making the reports look better.  Including more summary detail on the main Health Report.

Also, additional details on included columns for the Exact Duplicate Indexes Report have been included as shown below.
